Founding Protectors
The first 250 verified supporter payments are assigned a permanent Founding Protector number from #001 to #250. Numbers are issued in order of verified payment, are never reissued, and stay with the account even if the membership later ends. Once all 250 are claimed, no further numbers are created.
Physical rewards
Ultimate Protector members become eligible for a physical reward after 12 verified paid periods. Periods are counted from settled payments only; refunded or charged back periods are removed from the count. Eligibility is not a purchase of goods, and we will contact eligible members for a delivery address. Availability may be limited by shipping destination.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Memberships renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your supporter dashboard, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices include applicable tax where required. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
